2022 GENERAL XP 1000 Deluxe Black Crystal is rated 4.4 out of 5 by 216.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fun bought a few months ago about 450 miles. The glass windshield has a metal piece in the middle on the top that gets into my field of view, the passenger side drain plug falls out a lot and for the price I would think the touch screen would be a little more durable otherwise a good machine

Rated 4 out of 5 by from We Enjoy it but have issues Splits in doors at top pinch skin when arm is resting on door and you slide your arm. Disc pad chatter is annoying. Banging noise on passenger when we hit a good bump. Walker evans shock is leaking and being repaired at present time. We still enjoy our machine, especially Ride Command.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great all-round vehicle Bought this vehicle in late July and immediately fell I love with it. It is the perfect mix between the utility vehicle that I need around the yard and the sport sxs that I need to keep up with my friends. The power and sport suspension is amazing and the dump bed is extremely useful.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Fun ride When it stays together out of the box fuel pump and ecu went out. Less than 200 miles right rear axel fell out of the rear end. Good part is Polaris and dealership took care of it as fast as they could bad part is the first month I owned the machine it was in the shop 3 times

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Belt Slap and Rubbing Shocks I bought this in March and it has a huge problem where the belt rubs the clutch housing and Polaris and dealer have no fix for it. Everyone I have takes to with a 2020 General XP has the same problem so it’s a known issue. Also my resivor on my shock hits the shock itself.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Ride I purchased my General XP in April and couldn’t be happier! From the comfort of the ride to the durability and power overall I have been very pleased with this unit. On the trail, in the mud or just taking a cruise it’s awesome!! The ride command system is sweet as well!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from All arounder Even though we have only taken this out on the trail one time, we have found it in valuable around the ranch. The suspension is Amazing and we can’t wait until we have the time to take it out on the trail but until then it has been a great little workhorse

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product Love this machine so far! Having the ability to use the machine like a RZR and have a tilt bed for work makes this a well rounded machine. The XP General was what sold me on it due to the Large tires, high ground clearance, that wide stance, tilt bed, etc.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from happy with the up grade purchased this the beginning of july, went from a razor 900 to this and am glad I did. The ride is better the seats are better, the gps system could be better and easier to use. fuel economy is good and you are not tired of riding at the end of the day

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Performance Had this General for 3 months now and I am absolutely pleased with the unit. It performs exceptionally well in all aspect of it specification. To have the use of a utility type vehicle along with a similar suspension to the Razor is quite impressive.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice rig but the belt slap needs fixing Squeak and rattles are annoying along with the notorious belt slap.. this is a 24,000 machine .. mine has 900 miles and seems It’s 4 years old .. my ‘15 ranger is way smoother as far and suspension noise and belt issue .. it’s still all original .

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Awesome features We’ve owned this for a couple months and are very happy with the performance and options although it does have some annoying rattles and squeaks! The drivers seat is the most annoying noise, the sliding portion needs to be a better fit.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Awesome machine but needs some refining Purchased this back in July and have been over-all happy with it. It's amazing what these machines can do! That said, there are some minor issues in clutching and belt slap that need to be addressed to take this to a 5 star machine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect blend I bought my general in late May and I am very happy with my decision. It is the perfect blend between play and work. The XP model that I bought is great with the suspension upgrades. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It’s well built I bought mine a couple months ago. It’s well built overall. I have a couple issues that Polaris worked through to find a solution. I still think you need to figure out how to put heat in and not get rid of the subwoofer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great UTV I bought The General 4 months ago. The ride is great. Has plenty of power to go where you want to go. The handling is very good. I would recommend any of my friends and family to get one if they were looking to buy a UTV.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fun ride We have 85 miles on the machine so far, can’t ride much due to winter. This is the first Polaris I have brought. Can’t wait for spring to start riding, what little we have drove it, we love it and rides and drives nice.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great after I fixed missing parts Been working great after a month I went through 2 belts to find missing roller in primary clutch . dealership would taken to long so I ordered parts from polaris website and fixed myself and had 0 problems since .

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good machine The General is a good overall machine. It is great for trail/street riding for performance and comfort. It is not a performance machine to take on rock climbs (a little top heavy) or race around a drag strip.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic machine I couldn't be more happy with my choice, I didn't want just a full breed sport machine nor just a utility machine. The General XP 1000 Deluxe is the best of both worlds for my style and needs of riding.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Outstanding machine Overall this is an outstanding ride. Such a high level of comfort and performance. There are a few quality control issues Polaris needs to do better with but still very happy with this General XP.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent piece of machinery! Great ride and handling. It has taken us anywhere we could think of going. The only negative thing about it is it is listed as a 64" wide machine and mine measured 67.5" wide as delivered.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 21 XP General Factory Custom I came from a 900 RZR Trail Fox Edition to this machine and I have not looked back. The ride is amazing and the interior is very functional and comfortable. Should have done this sooner

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Sporty dependable workhorse The General is to be my explorer and workhorse . Right now it is my dependable exploring machine as I have moved to a rural area. It will also be my workhorse for working around the farm

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great ride, wish it would sit level I think it’s a great UTV. I just wish it would sit level. It’s hard to believe you pay that much money and the machine leans toward the driver side over an inch. It’s very discouraging.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Major improvement! This is our 5th SxS and so far our favorite for the type of trail riding we do. Polaris took the general and made it perfect, I feel the general XP is a top of the line trail machine!
